In addition to sponsorship support, the Calgary Youth Science Fair (CYSF) receives annual income from the Youth Science Fair Endowment Fund, which is held by The Calgary Foundation. The interest generated by this fund helps to support a portion of the costs of the science fair.
The CYSF Society has set a goal of growing the endowment fund to $1,000,000 to sustain the magnitude of the CYSF. Once we reach this goal, the endowment fund revenue will assist the CYSF Society in funding the majority of our operational costs.
All donations to the endowment fund will be recognized on the CYSF web site in the year they are received unless anonymity is requested.
