In order to make sure we meet all government regulations and to ensure the safety of all involved, the 2022 Calgary Youth Science Fair will once again be held entirely online. This includes school registration, project registration, judging and our CYSF Awards Ceremony. Students have until February 12th to begin the registration of their projects online and until March 11th to complete project registration. There will be two rounds of online judging. The first round of judging will take place from March 20th to 25th and will be asynchronous in nature (projects will be judged without student-judge interactions). The second round of judging will take place March 26th to April 7th and will involve synchronous meetings between judges and participants. Our 2022 judging process will use CYSF score sheets similar to those used in previous fairs and details on the process will be posted to the CYSF website as they become available.
